Shipping

We ship from Germany to 12 countries: Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. All items are made to order and shipped with DHL.

Processing Time

Our miniatures are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production and order processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Zones & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom and Norway: 5–10 business days
• United States: 8–20 business days
• Canada, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, DHL handling times or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

• Germany: €4.99; free shipping from €60 order value
• Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom and Norway: €9.90–€11.99; free shipping from €90 order value
• Canada, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand: €14.99–€19.99; free shipping from €140 order value
• United States: €34.90 flat-rate DDP shipping, including import duties and taxes

Shipping Methods

We ship with DHL. Depending on the destination and parcel size, orders may be shipped using:

• DHL Kleinpaket or DHL Paket within Germany
• DHL Warenpost International Premium or DHL Paket International for international orders
• DHL Paket DDP for United States orders

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders delivered within Germany do not incur additional customs duties.

Orders to the United States are shipped DDP. Import duties and taxes are included in the €34.90 flat shipping rate and are covered by us.

For all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Why We Currently Do Not Ship to Other EU Countries

Since 12 August 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has required registration, paid packaging licensing and an authorised representative in each EU destination country. This is not currently economically viable for a small studio, so deliveries to other EU countries are temporarily paused. We will add more EU destinations again as soon as a practical solution is available.

Made-to-Order Products

All miniatures are made to order. This means production starts after your order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
