No. Our miniatures are delivered unpainted. Painted photos, showcase images and examples only show how a finished model can look.

Our miniatures are 3D printed in high-quality resin. Resin captures fine details and works well for tabletop, RPGs, dioramas, busts and display models.

It depends on the model. Small models can be single-piece, while larger models or versions with wings, weapons, bases or diorama parts may be multipart and require assembly.

If a base is shown in the product images or mentioned in the description, it is usually included. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

The models are cleaned and prepared as much as possible. Small support marks or fine print traces can still occur on resin miniatures and can be carefully smoothed before priming.

Yes. Resin miniatures should be primed before painting. Primer improves paint adhesion and adds extra surface protection.

Please avoid long direct sunlight exposure. UV light can continue curing resin and may make it more brittle over time. Store unpainted models in the dark and prime them before painting.

We recommend super glue / cyanoacrylate glue for resin miniatures. Plastic cement for model kits usually does not work on resin.

Resin captures very fine details, but thin parts such as weapons, horns, wings or small accessories should be handled carefully.

Yes, in many cases. Our standard scale is usually 32 mm. Depending on the model, other sizes, XXL versions or custom sizes may be possible. Please contact us before ordering.

32 mm is a common tabletop and RPG scale. Monsters, dragons, mounts, busts and dioramas can be much larger. If exact measurements matter, please check the product page or ask us before buying.

Yes. Send us the product link or designer link, your requested size and your shipping country. We will check whether and how we can make it work.

Send us the link to the model, for example from MyMiniFactory or a designer catalogue. We will check whether we can offer or print it for you.

Our miniatures are usually made to order. Please allow about 3–7 business days for printing, cleaning, curing, quality control and preparation before dispatch.

We ship from Germany. The miniatures are produced, checked and carefully packed in Germany.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are: Germany about 1–2 business days, Europe about 5–8 business days, USA about 10–14 business days, worldwide about 8–20 business days. Times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Guide: Germany €4.99 / free from €60, Europe about €9.99–€13.99 / free from €90, worldwide about €13.99–€19.99 / free from €140, USA €35 DDP shipping including duties and taxes.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available for the shipping method.

For USA orders we use DDP shipping. Import duties and taxes are included in the shipping flat rate and covered by us.

Please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and the damaged miniature. We will review the case and help with a suitable solution.

Bulk discounts apply automatically when your cart qualifies: 2–3 miniatures get 5% off, 4–7 miniatures get 10% off, and 8+ miniatures get 15% off.

No. WELCOME10 cannot be combined with bulk discounts.

Yes. From an order value of €75, a free miniature may be available while the offer is active. You will see the details in the shop, cart or checkout.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on your country, card payment, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna and other methods may be available.

If Klarna is available at checkout, options such as invoice, instalments, instant bank transfer or direct debit may be offered depending on country and credit check. Klarna shows the exact terms at checkout.

Regular orders are generally covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. Custom orders, special sizes and individually made products are excluded from withdrawal because they are made specifically to customer requirements.

No. Our miniatures and terrain pieces are collectibles and suitable for ages 14 and up. They are not intended for small children.

No, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The models are independent resin miniatures for collectors, painters, tabletop hobbyists, RPGs, wargames, dioramas and display projects.

We offer models from different designers and studios, including DM Stash, Rescale Miniatures, Parasite Collectibles, 3D Art Guy and Fantasy Forest. The designer is listed on the product page where relevant.
