Your own files can be uploaded to our cloud after you contact us first. Please send a short description first so we can review the print request.
Process
How a custom request works
1Contact us by email or shop chat with the link, requested size, shipping country and a short description.
2We review the model, printability, size and required work.
3We then provide the price and the expected processing time.
4Custom orders are billed by prepayment and started only after payment.
Important
Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned
Custom products, special sizes and prints made individually to customer requirements cannot be exchanged and are excluded from regular withdrawal because they are made specifically for you.
