You will receive premium tabletop miniatures, with sharp details. Our miniatures are printed with medical grade industrial 3D printers that print up to 20µ (0,02mm/0,00078 inch) accuracy. This enables us to express the finest details in your miniature on all scales. This is a premium product. We use a neutral-colored gray high-quality resin. You will receive the product in parts or as one piece, cleaned and unprimed for your assembly.
SCALE & HEIGHT EXPLAINED:
32mm scale means that a miniature of a 1.8m human will measure 42mm from feet to eye level. Applying the same scale to a dwarf will result in a miniature that will measure 30mm from feet to eye level because they are only 1.3m tall. On the other hand, an ogre, which is usually about 3m tall, at this scale will measure 56mm from feet to eye level. We also offer you the option to customize the scale of your miniature or receive it in parts instead of assembled.

If you aren't satisfied with the quality you can return the miniature within 14 days from receiving it and we will issue a 100% refund (except for the cost of return shipping) if it isn't damaged.

TURN-AROUND TIME
All items are made to order. Our turn-around time is usually 1 - 5 days plus shipping time. This can change during peak seasons. We print and work on weekends and offer the best shipping solutions to ensure the product is in your hands as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
We ship from Germany anywhere national and internationally. Shipping takes usually 2-14 days depends on the destination. We offer Deutsche Post letter and DHL parcel service. Whereas Deutsche Post offers typically the best price but DHL will be faster.

We also offer custom orders if you see something else that you want printed in the highest possible quality. We always ensure that we have the applicable licenses before selling or advertising any model.
The miniature can be personalized according to your preferences. Custom scale/size, custom base size/shape etc. Just tell us what you would want, and we will let you know if we can do it.

WHAT TO DO AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Keep the miniature away from direct sunlight (Uv light) because the resin will constantly cure when exposed. Over-curing can display in brittle material or slight deformation of pieces. Once you primed and paint your mini Uv light cannot harm the surface anymore.

SCALE & HEIGHT
An average man measures 180cm which equals 32mm head toe. The same goes for average female warriors (160cm equals 30mm)
Measurements are taken without base, wings or any large weapons from eye level to toe.
XXL sizes
You can get basically every miniature in XXL scales as you like it best. We will upscale as you wish.

Can I send you my STL file and you printed for me?
Yes, we can do this.
What's the lead time, if I order now?
Always depends on how many miniatures/terrain items you order and where you located in the world. On average about 3-5 business within Germany, 5-8 days in Europe and 10-14days worldwide.
Can you scale minis/terrain to my preferred size?
Yes, we can. Just let us know what you want and we will figure it out.
Do I need to clean and cure the 3d printed items?
No, you will receive a cleaned and cured model. You might find some support leftovers but they are very easy to remove. In general it can be said, that the models are ready for assembly.
Do I get an order confirmation and shipping number?
Yes, you will get an email confirmation and a DHL shipping number.
